Hanse 355 Interior - Curvaceous and Light with Great Ventilation
Even if you're six feet tall...
... you'll love the new Hanse 355...
... because you can stand up fully in saloon, cabins and even in the shower.
The interior is incredibly spacious for 35ft yacht.
Super yacht designers Design Unlimited and Birgit Schnasse have waved a magic wand...
... and delivered a gorgeous rounded look for 2011.
As with all Hanses the wood you see here is real wood veneer - very unusual in a production yacht in this price range.
You'll notice the cupboard doors are smooth...
... there's no knob for you to close.
Instead an ingenious locking device inside the door automatically closes the cupboard securely for sea.
Notice how shiny the ceilings are in the photos?...
... it's because Hanse have introduced a new smooth headliner that's a breeze to wipe clean.
The ventilation is great.
You'll find 5 opening hatches in the saloon alone on the Hanse 355.
This gives you lovely cross-ventilation when you're relaxing at anchor or in the marina.
At the far end of this photo you can see two recessed book shelves.
This is a lovely feature which adds a real feeling of depth to the interior
The table comes with a folding leaf... when the leaf is up you can easily seat 5 around it for a relaxing meal.

Below you can see the two interior layout options for the 355.
The standard layout gives you an enormous separate shower room with access to a large port side storage locker - ideal for your dinghy and outboard.
If you choose the three cabin layout means you can sleep 6 in total comfort.
If you like to think in 3D... here's PDFs of the 355 standard layout and 3 cabin interior layout.
The V berth has his and hers wardrobes and an opening hatch in the ceiling.
The aft cabin(s) also boast opening hatches for great ventilation.
